Write it, Witness it!


What are your excuses not to journal?  Identify them, and dissolve them!
You do have the time and energy.
Keep a small notebook with you or a stack of index cards.  If you prefer, have a bound journal at your bedside.
When you write down your dreams, desires, and goals, you set in motion the energy that is required to make them happen.  
Release your worries about doing this "right."  Just write.  Write in different places throughout the day or all at once.  It will not matter.

How Real is Your Dream?

Do you have your own personal dream for yourself?  Possibly a dream to recreate your body, your love life, your career or your patience level?  I encourage you to dream.  And I encourage you to dream vividly.  By dream, I mean for you to use your imagination.  Imagine in your mind's eye what it is you want to achieve.  Put yourself in this image as having or experiencing what you want.  Pause and dig into the emotions that you will feel when you have this experience.  Begin to feel them now.  Take baby steps and work on this a few times daily, just for a few moments at a time.  See the dream, put yourself in it, and feel the feelings.  
 
 The manifestation of your dream awaits you!

Eat More Plants

Eating plants just sounds more fun than, "Eat your vegetables!"
Times have changed and the food processing industry has as well.  I am sure you know this already.  Today I invite you to crowd out the meat on your plate with plants.

According to Dr. Joel Fuhrman, the food powerhouses are:
Greens
Beans

Onions
Mushrooms
Berries
Seeds
(He has created an acronym for this, GBOMBS).  
Add these in, move other foods off your plate (like cheese and meat) and see how you feel.  Spring is perfect time to indulge in the generosity of Mother Nature.

Do You Have an Evening Routine?

Most of us have a morning ritual.  On a daily basis, we incorporate the same habits as we start each day.  My hope is that your morning routine includes a moment of gratitude upon awakening, and a few more moments of visualizing just how you would like to feel as your day unfolds.
But do you have an evening ritual?  It is very common to be connected to your cellular device, the internet, or TV news before retiring for the evening.  Are you open to unplugging?  Can you create an evening routine of putting electronics aside, clearing your mind with some journaling, doing some gentle movement to release tension from your body, and then retire to the comfort of your bed?
